We will try to hit the higest discount level by ordering more quantity, the spree will still proceed if we have lesser than 12 boxes.

You can pay based on SGD 71.60 per box first. Currently, I have 3 orders in hand. If I hit 6 box or 12 box, I will use it to offset the shipping.
